DTP Series Deep Throat C-Frame Precision Press
The DTP Series Deep Throat C-Frame Precision Press is a custom-built model developed based on the SOP standard C-frame press, specifically designed for deep drawing and large-depth sheet metal stamping processes, with a tonnage range from 25 tons to 200 tons. Its core advantage lies in the extended deep throat structure, which significantly increases the distance from the slide center to the frame. This eliminates the limitation of standard C-frame presses that cannot directly stamp the middle part of large-sized sheets, eliminating the need for pre-cutting workpieces and greatly improving production efficiency and material utilization.
Adopting the universal GB(JIS) Class 1 precision standard and equipped with imported core hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components, the machine delivers stable and reliable operation with variable frequency speed control for energy efficiency and low noise.
